From herb infused butter and roast garlic cream cheese to feta and halloumi and hands on ricotta. You will leave with a good knowledge of how to make fresh cheese at home yourself.
The workshop is from 10am – 2:30pm and includes a light lunch with glass of wine, tasters, booklet with detailed recipes
