As part of NZ Icefest Christchurch Antarctic Talks presented by The Antarctic Office and Gateway Antarctica brings to you –

‘Antarctic glaciers on the move: when fast gets faster’
Glaciers in Antarctica flow fast bringing ice from the interior ice sheet all the way to the sea. Over the last several decades, many Antarctic glaciers have started to flow faster than originally observed. Why?
